By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you and JUNBREEZE LIMITED agree to resolve most disputes through individual arbitration, rather than through class arbitration, class actions, any other type of representative proceeding, or jury trial. All of the provisions in these Terms of Service are important and you should read them carefully, but we particularly draw your attention to the provisions and their important contents, which may affect your legal rights and obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we have the right, in our sole discretion, to enforce any provision, right, or remedy under these Terms of Service. Choosing not to enforce certain provisions, rights, or remedies in some instances does not mean that we waive the right to enforce them in other instances.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Services.

You may provide certain information to JUNBREEZE LIMITED, and we may also collect certain information about you when you access or use our Services. You agree to receive emails, SMS or text messages, and other types of promotional or marketing communications from JUNBREEZE LIMITED using the contact information you provide through the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information to JUNBREEZE LIMITED and for keeping it updated.
Although not part of these Terms, we encourage you to read our Privacy Notice to learn how to opt out of marketing communications and how we collect, use, share, and process your information.
Account
You need to create a JUNBREEZE LIMITED account to access some of the Services. After creating an account, you must: (a) not share or allow others to use your personal account credentials; (b) update your account information promptly if it changes; (c) use a strong password that is dedicated to our Services and not used on any other website or online service; and (d) maintain the security of your account and notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to refuse, require you to change, or reclaim usernames at any time for any reason, including in response to claims that a username infringes a third party's rights.
User Content
User Content. Our Services allow you and other users to create, post, store, or share content, including comments, messages, text, images, photos, videos, and other materials or data (collectively, "User Content"). Depending on your account settings, your User Content and related information (such as user ID, name, and profile picture) may be visible to others. License You Grant to JUNBREEZE LIMITED. Except for the license you grant below, as between you and JUNBREEZE LIMITED, you retain all rights in your User Content, excluding any portion of the Services contained in your User Content. By using our Services, you grant us certain rights in your User Content. You grant JUNBREEZE LIMITED and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly or otherwise perform and display, process, and exploit your User Content, along with any name, username, or likeness associated with your User Content, in all media formats and channels now known or hereafter developed, without any payment or compensation to you or any third party (in each case, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law). We have no obligation to provide you with any credit, approval, or compensation for your license to us to use your User Content. You irrevocably waive any "moral rights" or other rights with respect to attribution or integrity of User Content that you may have under any applicable law or under any legal theory.
Feedback
You may voluntarily submit or otherwise communicate to us any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, original or creative materials, or other information about JUNBREEZE LIMITED or our Services ("Feedback"). You understand and agree that we may, at our sole discretion, use this Feedback for any purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, including to improve or develop products or services, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. JUNBREEZE LIMITED will exclusively own all works or improvements based on any Feedback. You understand that JUNBREEZE LIMITED may treat Feedback as non-confidential.
In addition to other restrictions in these Terms, you personally may not, nor may you assist or encourage others to, engage in any of the following conduct while using the Services:
Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, bullying, or stalking conduct;
Solicit or collect personal information from other users;
Access a game if you are under the minimum age limit set by JUNBREEZE LIMITED for that game;
Use or attempt to use another user's account or information without the authorization of that other user and JUNBREEZE LIMITED;
Impersonate or post on behalf of another person or entity, or otherwise mislead others as to an affiliation with any person or entity;
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display all or part of our Services, unless expressly permitted by us or our licensors;
Modify our Services, remove any proprietary notices or marks, or create any derivative works based on our Services;
Use our Services in any way that may interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or prevent other users from fully using our Services, or in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of our Services;
Reverse engineer our Services or take any action that may discover or reveal source code, bypass or circumvent security measures, or be used to prevent or restrict access to any part of our Services.
Limited License
The Services (including the text, graphics, images, photos, videos, illustrations, and other content in the Services) and all intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by JUNBREEZE LIMITED or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign laws. Our game names, icons, other product or service names, slogans, and the look and feel of the Services are protected by intellectual property laws (and in many cases, may be registered trademarks of JUNBREEZE LIMITED or our licensors), and you may not copy, imitate, or use any part of them without our prior written permission. Other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, company names, or logos other than ours are the property of their respective owners. Our reference to third-party products or services does not mean that we endorse, sponsor, recommend, or guarantee those products or services. Unless expressly provided in these Terms of Service, the Services and the intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by us or our licensors, and you have no other rights in our Services or intellectual property, including any implied rights.
Limited License Granted to You. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use our Services solely for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes. Any use of the Services not expressly authorized by these Terms of Service is strictly prohibited and will terminate this license.
Other Provisions
JUNBREEZE LIMITED's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms of Service reflect the complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, representations, statements, and understandings between the parties. The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The word "including" shall be construed as "including without limitation." Unless otherwise provided, these Terms of Service are for the benefit of the parties only and are not intended to confer third-party beneficiary rights on any other individual or entity.
